Raitis trained as an automotive engineer but built his career in business management systems and ERP. Over the years, he has worked as a consultant, programmer and project manager, gaining extensive experience across IT and business processes. For the past 25 years, he has led the company, bringing together three businesses where he previously worked.

Natālija Pavļenko
She began her career as an office administrator and now, as HR Manager, looks after the company's most valuable resource: its people.

Arnis started his career as a technical engineer before specialising in IT solution sales and customer relationship development. He has built extensive experience helping businesses find efficient, sustainable technology solutions.

Alise Balode
Alise leads the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central team and its projects at Aston Baltic. Throughout her career she has managed complex implementations for manufacturing, services and wholesale companies, gaining extensive experience in project management, resource coordination and successful IT delivery.

Klinta Šverna
Klinta began her professional career as a project manager in an agricultural manufacturing group, where she gained experience in property management, process coordination and administration. A dynamic environment and her drive to improve processes led her into IT, where she focuses on process management, collaboration and effective solution delivery.

Liāna Vidiņa
Liāna has extensive experience in finance and payroll, including 10 years as a qualified accountant for businesses in various industries. She later joined the team as a finance consultant and specialised in implementing payroll solutions. Over time she became a payroll project and team manager, with experience digitising HR and payroll processes.
